REFUND
on the 31st of august i bought airtime from my banking app. they took my money but i never received my airtime. I called 3 times already, they keep saying i will be refunded within 24 hours. this is not acceptable. i really need my money i just called again now, spoke to Noma, my reference number is ***2. how do you expect me to my my salary to capitec if im being treated so unfairly?
