Refund

I withdrew R600 from the atm in meyerton ok foods ons Sunday 3 November, at 10:15, I only received R150. I sent a sms immediately to the help line, they said I will be refunded, nothing happens. I sent emails, said they will come back to me within 24 hours, no one did. Up to today I’m still waiting for my refund. This is the worst service ever. I tried to call the number on the help line, no answer.
