Refund

Very bad, I had a loan and was retrenched in December 2023. I submitted all the requested documents to the bank and was told that my credit insurance has approved my application on 01/11/2023 according to the SMS that I received.And it also said if they deduct I will be refunded.

Now my problem is that my money has been deducted every now and then, and when ever I request a refund I have to struggle before getting my money.

On the 23rd of August I received my UIF and the bank took my money, since that day to date I have been going to the Branch to request my money but I have been failing to get it please help. This is very frustrating.
