Refund

After alot of back and forth l was refunded as l never got the airtime. I'm happy that l didn't lose my money but still feel the process is rather tedious. I don't know however if the agent that was unprofessional which is what pushed me over the edge and ended up here, was dealt with or not and by this l don't mean lose her job but some coaching and training in soft s****s would go a long way.
