Refund

Capitec is the worst bank to bank with; they don't even deserve a star at all! I withdrew money from an FNB atm but unfortunately the atm went offline before the money came out. However, the money was deducted from my account . I went to the nearest Capitec branch and I was given a reference number with assurance that the process to refund me will take 30 days! It has been more than 30 days and I haven't heard anything from Capitec; not even a simple SMS to notify me about the status of the investigation!
