Refund

i have an issue with capitec i have reported an incident that happened on the 10th of april where i have transferred funds to a ********** account that i reported immediately after transfering the funds,they managed to stop the money from being transfered,now they cant refund me my money the keep on teling me they waiting for their forensic department to call me back i have waited 10 days for that cal even now im waiting,all i need is my money back no trouble i am happy with their services but on this incident i need it sorted very quickly
