refund

I had a personal loan with capitec bank, we agreed on the day which they need to make a debit order. Capitec has been making debit on my bank account 6days before the day we agreed on, that has been happening several times, I went to the bank many times to inform them about this and they claimed to have corrected the day of debit. I still experienced the same problem with capitec until I went to the branch claiming the money which my bank is charging me for the bounced debit order and informing them that they r messing up my credit record. It took them more than 2hours to figure out that they r indeed responsible for the charges which my bank charged me for the bounced debit order. They agreed to refund me, I went to the branch 4 times to enquire about the progress of refunding me, but I couldn't get any help. Its 3months now since they have agreed to refund me but I don't get any update from them, even when I go to the branch I don't get any help. Pls assist.
