I am really not happy with the rude and arrogant consultant called regarding my issue , 1st of all she doesn't know her job asking me that if the money has been coming out from my acc since the 02nd of November how come i am reporting now where else the matter was reported on the 23rd and i am not receiving notifications when they are taking the money and she says there's no money that is coming out without asking or checking that it comes out from which account and how many accounts i have and i wrote to this platform because it was more than 10 days and there's no way forward on this case

it seems like your team is failing it's been how many days now or you ar in this together with your consultants in *****ing your clients money, i will take this to the media and the ombudsmen because i want my money back
