Rediculous turn around time

I have just been a victim of ***** on my Capitec savings account and all my money was taken *****ulently. I'm now left stranded and without any money. Can capitec please refund the money that was ****** from me. I have reported the case to the ***** division and they informed me the turn around time is 30 days this is my children's Christmas clothes money, I want my money back, it is rediculous that I need to wait for so long for my money, I need urgent assistance
