Rediculous service!!!!

Capitec, this is now really *****ed up!!!!!!I have Android 8 so I cannot install your App. And the branch cannot enable Internet banking either as an alternative, they need the App! Also the IT guys apparently do not have access to your dB!!! So how can I now access my account?? You should do what other businesses do, they have the old and the new App!!!
