RED FLAGGED by Capitec due to incorrect automated loan deduction on 16 December

Good Day

I have been RED FLAGGED by Capitec because the Capitec System automatically deducts the loan amount on the 16th of December even though I stated that I get paid at month end. Additionally, there was no communication beforehand that Capitec requests payment on 16 Dec as other Banks and Institutes does. The Arrears Agent says that they cannot remove the RED FLAG and it will automatically be done when I pay the loan amount. This is totally unacceptable because it palaces me in a negative light and negatively affects my ratings for the next 3 months. I am now unable to apply for a credit card or loan. How can the RED FLAG be removed IMMEDIATELY!!!
