Recruitment process / Failed promises
I don't and never had any bad things to say about Capitec though I have been waiting for a link and email to confirm assessment dates and vacancy for Team Leader or Consultant. Iv been waiting so long for that call, when I got it I was soo happy and excited to finally get the call as I want to work for Capitec so bad.
The call was on the 6th December 2019 and I still have no update from HR.
I emailed them asking for update as I would need to serve my notice at work and no response just an automated messages saying the person is on leave yet agreement was before leave was taken and I'm sure now there is no post for manager and I have to wait again. Really dissatisfied with this. Hope someone can call me back.
