Recruitment procedures

It is so hard to get access the hr department wanting to k ow the status of your application, and would be nice to know if u made it or not, the recruiting procedure are werid, I was assessed then interviewed no feedbk since when u call they say they still waiting. That feeling is not nice not k owing what's the next step, now they called again but said I had to call my previous hr consultant for her to give me feed bk because they cnt do it again if the previous one did t give me the result now I miss the opportunity twice is that fair though
