Recharged but my account not credited over two months since i logged this complain.

I bought airtime on the 21 Oct 2024 for my Telkom number and it was not credited. somewhere after the 21 Nov went to visit the branch regarding this matter and the matter was once again logged and was promised to get feedback within 24 hours until now my Telkom account has not yet been credit .Is it supposed to take more than two months for my account to be credit ? if that's the case why now not revise the transaction as you are failing to credit my account i mean from October now its December . Realy??????
