I am totally disappointed with Capitec and the manner it does its business totally *********, I logged a call for reversal to an external bank and I cancelled within 48 hours however they still charged me for a cancelled reversal and the funny part they did not even notify me. until i called and asked to check what happened to my money only to be told it was for reversal charges that never took place on top of that I spoke to Lunga who told me he can never tell me his surname because I was going to use it on social media. Is this the services we pay for that we trust people with our money and confidential information and they cant even trust us with their own names and they care more about social media than assisting a client. I must say I am highly disappointed and this left a sour taste in my mouth
