Really unhappy with capitec on how they handle my complain

I am really very disappointed client with the capitec bank.At first I was very happy to be a capitec bank customer.But last week I was doing eft payment using my app.I made EFT payment R600 through my benefitiary list because normal before I do transfer I first add the person to my benefitiary..So on my surprise the money went to someone else.I went to capitec branch trying to explain what happens.Coz on my statement it shows the same name I used to send money but different account.I ask how possible is that so I was told to go to small claims court and get a lawyer to assist me.But for me it doesn't make sense to go to small claims court for R600.,how much it is going to cost me to pay a lawyer
