Really Helpful Even When Countries Apart

I was put in touch with Candice almost 6 months ago odd when I was trying to transfer funds internationally. <br> To date I had a loan with Capitec and am working abroad, and thus need to transfer funds each month to my Capitec account in SA. Not only did she assist me in this regard when the local banks could not, nor the call centres in SA, but she maintained contact with me to the point where it was up to me to respond and I ended up doing so months later. <br> She wasted no time in assisting me, as though we had just spoken yesterday and had said she could help me with making an early payment to my loan account as there are no Capitec branches in Malaysia.<br> I was finally ready to do this and got in touch once again, only to be told my loan was almost up to date and only R100 odd was outstanding. (My online banking account had not been updated then as it stated I still had 2 months owing)<br> She however fixed everything and has made my banking a huge relief, and my loan is payed off.
