Really FRUSTRATING contradicting "advice/help"

<p>I need/have to change the debit order date of my loan and credit facility with Capitec Bank to the REAL salary date.....</p> <p>IMPOSSIBLE it seems.</p> <p>At initiation of the loan, i explained to the bank official, that i normally get paid on the 25th of every month, sometimes later...he was adament that the computer system only allowed for the 25th, but that i could change it anytime afterwards via the client care centre</p> <p>FAT CHANCE !!!! last month (January) i was rewarded, with an unpaid debit order, because i got paid on the 26th</p> <p>Why is such a simple request, so difficult to do ?....i provided an official letter, from my employer, on a letterhead, to contradict what is usual (25th)...but this is not good enough</p> <p>Service otherwise, is really great, but this predicament is causing me BIG DISTRESS </p> <p>Please help... someone with knowledge and authority</p> <p>Erich</p> <p> ********** / ********** </p> <p> </p>
