RE-ISSUEBLE

Good day Capitec reprisentative, I recently withdraw a thousand rand and received R900 and one blue and white piece of paper that says RE-ISSUABLE, this was a machine mistake overlooked by our trustworthy banking system whom everybody has no choice but to love. I went to the bank this morning and explained the situation to the very bright reception lady and guess what she tells me? I only had 7 days to come forward to claim my R100 back no where on this RE-ISSUABLE ticket does it state that. Now my wife has been to the bank with the previous attempt as well and they said they cant help her, her husband whos account it is must come forward. So I have spent two trips to the bank and diesel allready costing me R100. I have never met such an *********** untrusting institution in my live.

Meaning of Re-issuable
May be re-issued any number of times without any liability for stamp duty on such re-issue

Check your legal stand points

I am waiting for a reply

Adriaan Jordaan (FREEMAN)
