Re closed my account 1

I Nontokozo kweyama i would like to lodge complain on2018/04/03 i disvovrred that both of my capitec account is closed i only discovered when i buy airtime with cellphone they gave instructions to contact capitec branch i went inside the bank to get clarity i was told that somebody by the name carole she lodge conplain reported that i was selling weavy hair on facebook to her she bought it she deposited ,5000 on my account and could not get the product weavy hair and she tried to call me and could not get hold on me.i told the consultrd that that lady i know her she was owing me as she bought clothes on the ,,,23 march to me .i asked the consulted why my account was closed without being informed or consulted,he told me that it their capitec procedure kindly assist me and investigate this matter the other account that is also closed iam getting paid at work
