I have been on that chat since 12:00 with no assistance no assistance from the agents on whatsapp. I called in multiple times and ended speaking to a supervisor who clearly does not know her job. Eventually I got ahold of an agent by the name Ramokoni Ledwaba, She was patient enough to assist and also fix a mess that was created by the last agents that I spoke to. Thank you Ramokoni
