Rain has gone ahead and managed to deduct ANOTHER amount of my account in February AFTER I cancelled my debit card in frustration.

How is this possible?

You've send me an email to say my card is still active which is why the money was deducted again. How is this possible when I've cancelled the card a month ago? It looks like I will have to close my account to get rid of this problem:(
