Yesterday i went the 3rt time into capitec bank to open an account. when i arrived there, the person issuing the "tickets" that the proof of address document that we had was unclear and that i need to go and get a clear copy. got back to the branch with the document as requested, then i was informed that i yet again cannot open a bank account, the water and lights account was not in my name. I informed this "ticket person" that i was staying at that address and that the "person in which name the account" is, was standing next to me. the told me with a smile on his face, that they cannot and will not help me ...

this morning i phoned capitec on *** and informed them that i need to lay a complaint. she informed me that i must phone ********** and talk to the complaints department phones from my prepaid cell phone and hold on for 20 minutes without any one answering pone again ***and was given yet another number ********** , when you phone them, their working hours is from Monday to Friday ...

How INCOMPETEND not to talk about yesterdays ****** employee at the branch ...

i need to open a capitec bank account, i need to invest money at capitec ... .
