-R978.00 and -R248.00 from my account

I saw all the bad reviews about capitec but there was no response from them. Do they even care about what we say about them here. My money went missing from my bank account and no one is updating me. When I call to ask for an update I'm told someone is working on it but no one knows how to contact this person.
