R200 note with a missing piece
I made a withdrawal at an ATM and got torn R200 note, went to the branch to report the problem, they told me i made a withdrawal using Standard bank card so i must go to standard bank, I then went to standard bank and they told me "its not their money nor ATM so i must go back to capitec. Now im stuck with a torn R200 note.
