I went to Capitec (in Ladysmith) on Saturday 1 August, even though it was month end and there was a fair queue, I was helped withing 5 minutes of stepping inside. The person that assisted me was also very knowledgeable and able to answer my query immediately.<br> <br> PS. This was a specific occurrence, but overall my experiences with Capitec has been exceptional. (And that for a very affordable service fee).
