I have a funeral plan with Capitec, made a claim a day after my Dad passed away, submitted the required documents and the funds where paid in 24 hours, no hassle. I still cannot believe this. I will make sure my family members sign up for it. Thank you so much capitec. If I had not taken this plan we would be in a lot of trouble because my mom's claims have still not been paid by other companies.
