Questionable Hiring Process

Capitec bank's hiring process is very ***** and these branch managers hire their relatives. I was invited to write assessments at midrand, I passed all 3 and was later invited to an interview at Capitec bank in Ferndale. The were 2 branch managers (Elelwani Molea and one other male branch manager whom I've forgotten his name )who were interviewing me and 4 other girls that I met when we wrote the assessments. Less than a week later I was contacted and told that I failed the interview and only one person was hired from the pool that was interviewed on the 10 June 2019 at Ferndale. But to my surprise when I contacted other ladies they were all called and told they didn't make it. So if we the pool that was interviewed all didn't make it then who did? Who has been hired? Can the pool that was interviewed on the mentioned date be contacted and informed as to who was hired because we were all told that one was successful from us. I also know someone that just came back from the training in Capetown last week and she didn't go thtough all of these process. So how does your recruitment process operate?
