question regading a loan application

hi I need to know something regarding your bank I once had a loan with you guys years back then along the way I lost my job them I did report to you guys that I lost my job I even did an affidavit and fax it to you about my job loss then last year I got a job and paid u guys up to my surprise I went to capitec for a loan and your consultant told me that iam no loger going to get a loan from you guys as I failed to pay the first one pls assist me as I also want a house with you guys
