Query Solving with a smile (Wadeville)

<p>I went to Capitec Wadeville 2 months ago with a query on my account. I thought it was sorted, but this month again the same glitch on my account. Went into the Branch on Saturday the 24th of June 2017 this time dealing with a different consultant (Tsumbi).</p> <p> </p> <p>After the two of us went through my account we picked up something that a previous consultant overlooked. We are all human and we all make mistakes. The lady who assisted me corrected the details on the system and made a phone call to make sure that all will be rectified.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here comes the best part - She phoned me back early Monday morning to confirm if the correction has been made....and again repeated the what to do and what not to do when working on my Internet banking............WOW!!! I have never had this great service from any bank or any member of a bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Capitec. Your staff members are super awesome -Tsumbi Capitec can be proud of you!</p> <p>I will definintely encourage people to try Capitec. Service with a smile even on a Saturday!</p>
