****py service from capitec

<p>I bought airtime from capitec mobile banking services as I was still busy with their mobile service a sms from the bank came through saying the R100 airtime has been debited from my account but still with this mobile banking I get like a pop up message saying that there's been an error with the bank, whilst my bank account has been debited. I immediately phoned capitec to find out what was going on in spoke to a lady called Kabisile I explained to her what happend at first she says I will have to call my cellphone provider then she turns around and says that I should wait for my airtime if I don't receive it in the morning I should call the bank again. I asked what is it that she is going to do in the morning that she can't do now she just told me it will be investigated now I'm telling of was buying this airtime so I could go on the Internet cause I was busy with something urgent she told me that she can't do anything from her side in a very arrogant voice. I then requested to speak to her manager Tshepo Lekala I explained the situation and told him about the consultant I told him I busy with urgent business he then told there's nothing he can do he then said the people working with that is not there very rude to I asked him to reverse this money back into my account cause clearly it's capitec's fault he refused gave me an attitude about rules... now this is not the service I expected it seems as if capitec is ill treating loyal customers not the first time I've received poor service from them.</p>
