****py security questions asked by Chris who is unclear

I just opened an account at Capitec Brixton. I did an EFT to activate my account. The amount was reflected however Capitec locked my account for some odd reason and I was unable to log on to my app. I called Capitec and a guy named Chris answered my call and said he will unlock my account. He then asked me some questions which he claimed I failed one security question which seems odd as he most likely typed them incorrectly as I know my OWN Personal details. Really p##ed off as I was told now I have to go into a branch to sort out this mess.
