<p>Yesterday I accidently transferred funds to an nknown individual whom unfortunately has a capitec account. Realizing my mistake I contact my bank (Capitec) and notify them of the error. I then was informed that the funds will be restricted from being used by the person I accidently transferred to. This user I was told needs to grant permission for Capitec to release my money I accidentally send to them. Yes i made the error and I except that. </p> <p>So with this happening It is save to say that I would be better off to change banks as we all know nobody will allow permission to give back free money. As I told the consultant I will change banks rather as this for me is pathetic that my money I send to someone who did not expect it and yet they have a say over my money... just wonderful.</p> <p>I know tey won't give it back and that is a loss to me but I hope with this, it will help someone else to avoid them loosing money and not being properly assisted by a so called trusted bank.</p> <p> </p>
