I am a loyal and good capitec client yet two cases have left me wondering if I am with the right bank. 1. I go on line to register my details to apply for a home loan I get a reference number and get no feedback. I then go into a branch to apply again get a reference number and get no reply. Home loan done through ABSA 2. I go into the garden Route mall to apply for a credit card and I’m told I don’t qualify. No further explanation As a test I then apply for a card at Absa Nedbank and standard bank and instant approval Give me one good reason why I should stay at capitec after you check my profile?
