****py bank

29th May i did a cash send for R1000 around 11 am using ussd. I recieved the sms with the C-number and one for balance as well. I deleted the sms by mistake, tried to retrieve the number via ussd, no success. I tried via the app, no success. I went to the first branch, printed out my bank statement as advised, hoping the record on my app was missing something, but no. No proof i ever did the cash send, the balance intact somehow. My problem.. i recieved the balance sms after i did the cash send, i never got my money replaced after not retrieving the cash. After going to 2 different branches, talking to 2 different people at their call centre, i escalated the matter to their investigations team. "Investigations" were done and it was concluded that there is no evidence that supports that i ever did the cash send. One of their consultants even said i was confused. This is a **** bank.
