Pure Example of Good Customer Service

<p>I've had my ups and downs with many banks and Capitec has made it easy and simple. Although there were some speed bumps at other branches, a consultant at the Capitec Branch in Promenade, Mitchells Plain - Lucien, has made everything so painless. I was very impressed with the level of service i received from him and I would like to applaud him on that. If anything, a promotion to manager will be well deserved.</p>
