PROOF OF RESIDENCE

I want to open an account they want my proof of residence I go to a municipality office to print out my rates and taxes statement(my names) I go to your banks (MAPONYA MALL)with it I get told they want something that came by post I mean really with post for ever late. #?ANGRY?# If this is how you really do it then you not Customer friendly, I might as well stay with my annoying ABSA because clearly you don't need my business.
