Proof of payment

There is amount of R3000 paid of witch I had to pay R10 for direct transfer for water and lights. This payment was done on the 15 September 2017 and the mun. still did not received this payment. On my bank statement the amount is out but I cannot print a proof of payment. If I try it gives me a error with ***.I was at the branch in Pretoria north with 2 references ********** 3 and ********** 7 to send me a proof of payment witch they at this stage. can not do. I do not know how many times I have to report this. I am giving Capitec bank until Friday and if this problem still persist ,hand it of to my attorney to get this R3000 back.
