proof of adres not good enough to capitec

hi<br> My name is Samuel, I have been banking with capitec for more than 6years now, I was happy with the services until 06th February 2015. I was told by capitec bank Sunnypark that they could not help me with my Johannesburg proof of adress, I was asked how on earth did I pass so many banks in JHB and went to Pretoria to update my information as required by FICA law. I do not see any logic or any business sence that if I have a proof of adress that belongs to Mpumalanga province I cannot use it in another province. The funny part is that I went to the opposite bank (bidvestbank) to exchange US dollers to SA currency the same they, Bidvest never asked why did I not do that in JHB. At the current moment I am at Witbank on duty,so does that mean any branch at Witbank will not be able to assist me with my Johannesburg adress? Well I have bad news for you capitec, you are now becoming too comfortable in the banking sector,I am taking my Johannesburg proof of residence to Standardbank Ermelo this weekend, keep your account
