PROMPT SERVICE
I would actually like to take this time to thank Capitec bank for their prompt service . I had an incident last month at the ATM where i withdrew money but did not get on my side. Capitec called me and advised they are going to investigate the matter and contact me back in 14 working days. this actually took them less days to get back to me and my money was reimbursed . Thank you capitec.
