Prompt complaint resolution, happy client

I would like to thank the capitec team for a prompt response and prompt resolution on my complaint raised due to not getting anyone to get back to me to set up a payment arrangement as I am currently on unpaid maternity leave.

Thokozani (the complaint handler) was both very helpful and professional and sorted out a resolution for me the very next day after calling me to acknowledge my complaint.

I no longer look to changing banks and will remain with Capitec as they are my only bank since my banking journey began 12 years ago.
