promotes crime and *****

I transferred money using my cellphone banking on 27 October 2017 wrongly, and unfortunately the transaction went through then I phone immediately to request for reversal I spoke to the Lady TEMBI at their callcentre she asked the number I transferred money to then she advised that I should go to the branch on the following daywith reference number ********** 8 I went to the branch in Pretoria Church street and Bosman, they couldn't assist me instead advised me to call the client, which I did on Monday 31 October 2017 but on the 1 November 2017 the client does not pick up her phone I decided to call capitec customer care still they cannot assist instead I was given another reference ********** by Emily Thatheng,, I have not received the money as yet please assist me because that money was for school fees, my daughter is not going to write her exams due to this drama caused by this bank please assist me my number is ********** 821,TIZ is my name
