Prohibited from entering the bank due to allergic reactions of different or unknown sanitizers

I went to Capitec in Limpopo at Thavhani mall and I explained why I don't use any sanitizer and showed them the dettol one. So Mr Sirunwa who is the manager came to the door and refused me entry to the bank lest I used theirs regardless of my explanation. I then asked for him to furry me the policy that prohibits me entry and he said he would send it, but it is now 2 weeks and days later and he has not sent it because I then discovered from the regional manager that such a doc is none existent. In engaging with the bank, I discovered that they are unwilling to apologize for what they did, especially after I had sent them a picture of my fingers which had reacted to their sanitizer.

Capitic has never been my main bank, and everything around the bank does not and will never encourage me to have Capitec as a main bank. They operate like a ****a shop.
