Professional courtesy

I stood a line for 30 minutes to deposit money at the ATM .I don't have a problem with waiting but having to wait 30 minutes only to find out I can't make deposits at the ATM when I'm at the ATM is what got me annoyed a simple printing of a paper saying deposits unavailable would have helped further more I had to waste another 20 minutes to do deposits inside because there was ofcourse another line.this happened at the capitec in bizana main Street. The consultant at the door didn't even do anything after informing him. Time for me is most valuable.
