Problems paying on line
My MasterCard debit card would not work on certain websites. I contacted Capitec. I was really impressed with the way they went the extra mile to sort out the issue, keeping me in the loop the whole time. They even paid me back the extra UK visa fees that I had to pay because of it. I THINK THEY ARE THE BEST BANK IN RSA.... and NO, I dont work for them :)
