Problem withdrawing Forex funds with Capitec Bank,

I didn't know trading forex using capitec could be a serious problem in the long run, seeing i have been with using capitec bank since 2008 and i regarded them the most efficient bank ( in my opinion) in the country. I funded my trading account using capitec bank via online transfer. according to my knowledge since I was permitted to perform online transactions I didn't foresee a problem with regard to future withdrawals with the same bank. I withdrew my profits earlier this month and my broker informed me the bank transfer has gone through it will take between 2 - 5 business days to reach my account. Now I receive a call from capitec bank head office informing me they unable to process my transaction because I should have funded my trading account through a capitec branch as it is required for them to report an international transaction to the reserve bank. Why did the bank allow my online transaction to go through in the first place? because now my broker requires me to withdraw funds using the same account i deposited with, which is capitec bank. Capitec should alert forex traders before allowing transction for forex to go through. my transction has been reversed back to the broker. i have never had this experience when using any other bank, i am extremely disappointed with capitec. What Now?
