Problem linking Capitec with PayPal. No one at Capitec can help.

I have had a really bleak time trying to find someone at Capitec to help link my PayPal account. Have been given the incorrect information, and opened a Business Account for the system to work, only to be told by someone else that PayPal will not work with Capitec!!!! I eventually went to the Capitec Business branch in Bedfordview where, again, no one knew what to do. The lady who attended to me made 3 phone calls to different people, none of whom knew what to do. When I asked her if we could speak to someone more senior, she called Product Management only to be told the woman was on leave and no one else could help. She said she would call me back, but I had the distinct impression that she was just not interested in this query. I was proved correct, as no one has tried to contact me. My question is this: Online business is now the global norm, and Paypal is a major business payment platform. Why is it so difficult to do something which should take five minutes??!!! There are millions of on line businesses out there needing payment platforms. I now wonder if Capitec is the right choice of bank for one's online business.
