PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM

Hi please look into a CNP transaction that I have been charged twice for. The transaction was done on the 6th of July, the amount was processed twice and subsequently I have been charged twice, If you can look at the time now it is 03:55 and I have to worry about stuff like this, come on capitec!!!! , I'm getting tired of constantly having to battle with you to responsibly watch over my money. To make things worst, I have debit orders going out today and because I got charged twice for 1 transaction I will now have to pay penalty fees for insufficient funds for those debit orders. This has to be sorted out, Please just sort this mess out so i can leave capitec once and for all. <br> <br> Regards<br> Nashley
