Prizes not received

We won a competition me and my friend on YFM and we were told we will get our prizes withing 3 months but even now we haven't got them last time YFM told us its Capitec who have too call us but even now no one has called us and yfm is not replying too our emails what's happening this needs too be solved ASAP
