Priscribed debt

Good day,<br> <br> According to my knowledge the accounts I have with Capitec have prescribed as I have not been able to pay or make any arrangements to pay in the last 3 years. I have also not been successful in obtaining a statement from any of the Capitec branches.<br> I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 18th May and I was promised that it will be sorted out but still nothing.<br> I believe these accounts have prescribed and I wish to have them removed from my credit reports or provide me with the summons issued in the last 3 years and/or a statement for the last 3 years.
